I cortili presso il punto non sottoscrivono esattamente la definizione tipica dei condomini in vendita in Aventura. Le case in questa comunità sono all'interno del punto sono in realtà due piani residenziali che si affacciano su un cortile costruito tra il 1995 e il 1997, che ha le sue due garage.
